Hammers Hule

#S3E1 - Lene Terp

Today's guest in Hammers Hule is the head coach of the Faroese women's national football team, Lene Terp. Lene is a former elite footballer herself and has participated in a total of six Olympic, World Cup and European Championship finals from 1993 to 2003. Alongside her active career, she has a degree in sports science and has subsequently completed a course in coaching and communication. Lene is one of the only women in Denmark to have taken the UEFA Pro Licence football coaching course. Come inside and hear why Lene thinks we don't have more female elite coaches in Denmark. You can also hear Lene talk about how coaches don't have to think about football all the time. You'll also get an insight into how life as a women's footballer differs in many ways from men's.
