On one of Mads Davidsen's short trips to Denmark this summer, Frans Hammer invited the 39-year-old football coach and sports director to drop by the cave. Mads' coaching career began when his own playing career ended, and he has spent the last several years working with clubs abroad. Most recently he was Sports Director in the Emirates at the club, Al Jazira Club, where he won two titles in two seasons. Before that, Mads was Sports Director at Shanghai SIPG - a huge opportunity that he got somewhat by accident. But where does Mads go from here?
