#S4E2 - Rikke Rønholt

Today's guest in Hammers Hule is former racing star Rikke Rønholt. Rikke was unbeatable in both the 400m hurdles and 800m races, and although her elite career has long since come to an end, her passion for running never fades. Back in 2011, Rikke published the book Running for Life, and given the opportunity, she still starts every day with a run. The will, seriousness and ambition of Rikke's elite career has now carried over into her working life, where she works as a consultant while also being a PHD student at the Chopenhagen Biusness School, Department of Management, Society and Communication, with a strong focus on sustainability. In addition, Rikke sits together with Frans on the DIF Board. Come inside the cave and hear Rikke's personal story about life as an elite runner. Here you can hear how she went from not fitting in to finding her true shelf. In this episode, you will also get Rikke's reflections on society and sport and an insight into what the common denominator between sustainability initiatives and sport is for her.
